Actually, Guernica is at the Reina Sofia in Madrid, which is another marvelous museum, where I saw it last November. I had previously seen it at MOMA where it was until 1981 – Picasso didn't want it returned to Spain until they had adopted a democratic government.
Also, for those of you who like long pilgrimages, or just like reading about them, I want to recommend The Oregon Trail by Rinker Buck, the first person to cross the Oregon Trail in a wagon behind a mule team in 150 years.
